The CFA holds monthly Photo Shoots to keep this site
updated and to check that the dogs we already have on our books are
still performing the way we say they can. This represents a unique opportunity
if all you want is LOTS of pictures of various types, sizes and breeds
of dog.

CFA Terms and Conditions of
Trading
We have pleasure in advising you of our terms and conditions of trading.
The rates of The Canine Film Academy (`The Supplier’) are subject
to the terms and conditions set out herein.
Orders for the use of the Supplier’s services may be placed either
verbally or in writing and thereupon such orders will become binding.
It is the Supplier’s practice to acknowledge the booking of services
with a purchase order or contract or letter or fax of confirmation
.
PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING
For each booking the facilities will be provided by the client. If this
is not possible, facilities considered by the supplier to be appropriate
will be provided to enable the supplier to adequately meet the requirements
of the client. Any additional facilities requested by the client will
be charged at the supplier’s current rate.
CONSULTANCY
Consultancy services are charged on the basis of daily rates negotiated
and agreed in advance by the client. All disbursements and exceptional
expenses will be charged separately.
FEES
All payments shall be due immediately on presentation of a Supplier
Iinvoice for the agreed work. Accounts must be settled in full within
7 days of presentation. The supplier reserves the right to charge interest
on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month to accrue from thirty
days from the invoice date.
The supplier reserves the right to require the client to make full or
part payment prior to the performance of the services by the supplier.
CANCELLATION
If a cancellation for the use of the supplier’s services is received
once a booking has been placed, either verbally or in writing, 20% of
the full rate will be charged. If notice of a cancellation of a booking
is received within 10 working days or less of the scheduled start time
then the following charges will be made;
Cancellation within 10 working days of the agreed date: 50% of the full
rate will be charged
Cancellation within 5 working days of the agreed date: 75% of the full
rate will be charged
Cancellation within 3 working days of the agreed date: 100% of the full
rate will be charged
In the event of the postponement of a booked date, the supplier reserves
the right to charge a cancellation fee.
These conditions of trading shall constitute the whole terms of the
contract between the supplier and the client and shall not be varied
other than by written amendments signed on behalf of the Supplier by
a director of the Supplier.
If the Supplier does not hear to the contrary from the client within
seven days of the date of the post mark of the confirmation letter,
then the terms and conditions set out above are deemed to be accepted
by the client.
